A. You must cancel your existing subscription, and order a new one in your new size.
Q. How do I change my shipping address in my account?
A. Login to your account, click on ‘Address’, then click on ‘Add New Address’, fill in your address details and check the ‘Default’ button to activate as your new address.
Q. How do I change my billing details?
A. Login to your account, click on ‘Payment’, then click on ‘Add New Payment Method’, fill in your billing details and check the ‘Default’ button to activate as your new payment method.
Q. How do I view my current and previous orders?
A. Login to your account and click on ‘Orders’. Here you will be able to see all your previous orders, including your current order if you have one.

Q. When exactly do I receive my monthly orders?
A. Your first order will be delivered 2-5 days after you have subscribed. From the second month onwards, all orders will be dispatched on the 20th of the month as the official release date of the latest monthly collection.
Q. Is shipping free?
A. Sorry gal, that’s a no. There is a $6 flat fee for all NZ Domestic Shipping, and $10 flat fee for all Australia Shipping. This is added to your order at check-out.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. Login to your account, click on ‘Subscriptions’, then click on your current subscription order. At the bottom of the column, click on ‘Cancel Subscription’. You will be required to confirm your cancellation before it’s officially processed because, are you sure??
